Recovering. Trying to find a little sanity, a lot of balance, and enough perspective to live gracefully. Trying some new things...like consistency..LOL.

Food Diary

Lunch:

Salad with mixed greens, hazelnuts, cilantro, oranges, fake steak, and celery. mayo chipotle dressing.

Side of edamame and cup of soup. 

Dinner?:

sandwich, salad, and a protein smoothie. 

Movie…probably Ted.

 RUN! pretty pumped.
